Offerings

Every offering made through LoveContinued is a donation supporting the distribution of sacred literature — beginning with complete Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam sets placed in village homes in India through our fulfillment partner, Graam Vidya Daan.

Offerings are one-time: you are charged once and nothing renews. Recurring sponsorships are paused for now — any existing recurring offering continues to renew automatically on its own cycle.

You may optionally add a fixed $101 Annadāna & Go-sevā contribution — feeding brāhmaṇas in Gayā and serving mother cows. It is included in the same charitable contribution, does not sponsor additional sets, and appears in the payment breakdown and receipt.

Cancellations

You can cancel a recurring offering at any time, with no fee and no notice period — from your donor dashboard via “Manage Billing & Cards,” which opens the Stripe customer portal.

Cancelling stops all future renewals. It does not refund charges already made.

Refunds

If a charge was made in error — a wrong amount, a duplicate payment, or a recurring offering you didn’t intend — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.

We refund charges whose offering has not yet been fulfilled. Sponsored sets are stewarded into village distribution batches; once your set has been placed, the offering is complete and is no longer refundable.

Approved refunds return the full offering amount to the original payment method through Stripe. Optional processing-fee coverage is retained, since it exists to cover payment costs Stripe does not return.

When a recurring offering is refunded, the recurring plan is cancelled as well — no future renewals will be charged.

A refunded offering is no longer a donation: its donation receipt is voided automatically and shown as such in your dashboard.

Organization and payment entity

LoveContinued is a Bhaktivedanta Book Trust initiative. Donations are received and receipted in the United States by Friends of the Bbt, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 72-1588754). Stripe securely processes the payment on its behalf.

This is why Friends of the Bbt appears in Stripe Checkout and as the issuer on your donation receipt. For questions about the organization, payment entity, or a receipt, contact support@lovecontinued.com.

U.S. tax deductibility

No goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution. Friends of the Bbt is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 72-1588754); contributions may be tax-deductible under U.S. federal law. Tax treatment outside the United States may differ.

A numbered donation receipt is issued for every payment — attached to your confirmation email and always available to view or download from the “Donation receipts” section of your donor dashboard. Refunded payments are marked void.

If you plan to use a receipt for U.S. tax purposes, provide the individual or organization name used on your U.S. tax return during checkout or update it later in My Account. Please consult your tax advisor about how a deduction applies to your situation.

Privacy

To run your offering we store your account name and email, the optional private name you provide for U.S. receipts, and the dedication details you give us: the name of the person you are honoring, your relationship, gotra, remembrance date, and any prayer notes. You may edit these from your dashboard at any time.

Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — your card details never reach our servers. Transactional email (confirmations, reminders, receipts) is sent through Resend.

Dedications shown on the community impact page are strictly opt-in: if you choose it, only your display name and message appear publicly — never your email or amount.

We do not sell or share your information beyond the processors above, which exist solely to operate this service.
